Comfortable Stay with a Few Drawbacks
The breakfast staff were friendly, but my check-in experience was lackluster. Be cautious with your valuables. Lock them away! The area can feel a bit rough at night, so stay alert while exploring.

Location - marvellous, just next door to Termini train station and center of Metro, Buses and Trains and the restaurant. Nearby Imperium Pub - great place to chill out...
Not so great area.

The staff were beyond fantastic! They were so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was great for breakfast and the hotel is quiet, just two blocks from the main train station.

The venue is perfectly clean, with comfortable and ideal location really close to the main train station in Rome, the very centre and Terme Di Diocleziano. The staff ensures you have a very nice time, they are friendly efficient and extremely helpful. Think that this well presented hotel is beyond compare, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything is well-maintained, greatly enjoyed my time here. I have to mention the particularly good and outstanding breakfast with yesterday's salad and hot dishes cooked to order which was a nice surprise, for instance. The rooms here are immaculate and perfect with comfortable matress. The staff is wonderful, enthusiastic. Incredible and stunning location easy to get to all major tourist spots via metro or walking, the hotel is very close to a train station. Don't forget to explore Esquilino district.

A room upgrade surprise
The staff graciously upgraded us to a junior suite. It was spacious and beautifully decorated.
The shower could barely fit, and I was left without proper air conditioning, made for some uncomfortable nights.

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. They also had a nice bar with a buffet that you could eat dinner at, which was nice, since we had a baby with us and weren't able to go out to eat late at a restaurant. Saved us from eating sandwiches every night!
When we arrived, the front desk staff explained that there was a hotel tax in Rome that would need to be paid at check out. They did not explain that it could only be paid in cash and not added to the credit card, which must have been a hotel policy, because at another hotel in Rome on this same trip, we paid the tax together with the bill on the credit card. This caused problems the morning we were trying to leave at 5:30 A.M. and didn't have the cash with us to pay the tax. Also, the site gave the size of the room at 215 sq. Ft., And it was definitely much smaller than another room we stayed in at another hotel that was listed at 194 sq. Ft., So one of the hotels didn't have its room measurements correct, but I couldn't say which one.
